HAPPY BIRTHDAY BF!!!
Gave bf a surprise by appearing at his house door early in the morning.
Freak me out when the window and curtain were closed.So i decided to call him.
And he woke up.The night before i lie to him to call me wake up at 9.30am.
BF and i watched the Chinese running man (with joong ki inside)*fan girl mode on*
Both his sisters gave him thick thick ang bao as gifts.
On our way to our 1st plan of the day.Let's take a wefie first.
We reached Orchard a little too early thus we did a little shopping.
I got panic as we went up the wrong escalator and ended up at Wheelock place.
Almost late for the reservation.
Here we are at the Salt Grill and Sky Bar. :)

Bf accidentally saw my plan in my phone..so not fun.
We were being welcomed by the beautiful scenery and lucky us got the window seat.
We ordered the lunch set ($49 for 3 course mea)
So worth it.

Chips were served as "appetiser" i guess.
It's like restaurant serving peanuts.
The chips are good when mixed with the sauce.
The scenery. The window were abit dirty though.
Our 2nd appetisers is here!
Bf's ‘glass’ Sydney crab omelette, miso mustard broth.
This is good and a must order.
Bf had this and was almost full.
Mine was Sashimi of Tasmanian salmon, ginger, eschallot & goats feta
Bf said it taste like lau yu sheng.
But i think it's not as good as his appetiser.
Too much ginger but i love the salmon.

Mine: Pan-fried Snapper, squid ink risotto, tomato salsa
I love my main course,
It''s toooo delicious.
The combination of tomato sourness plus the sweetness of the fish is good.
His: Slow cooked duck leg, cherries, baby beets and horseradish
Bf said his was quite terrible.
The sauce doesn't goes well with the sauce, and i agree with him.
It taste weird.
Everytime he orders duck confit and it always taste soso to him.
Guess he is never gonna order anymore duck confit. ROFL.

while serving the desert with candle out.
And HEY! That's my dessert.
We server is so nice and took a photo of us with the desert.
Hahah we looked so dark cos of the bright sky.

& I wish blogger has smiley face for us to express ourself.

But BOTH dessert were good as well.soo it's okay.

Before we settle our bill and leave for our 2nd plan of the day.

Next! Foot massage for 1hr15mins at Urban Spa.
I bought the package from groupon,
$42 for 2 pax.
The foot service is good for me,enough strength and prompt when required.
Bf had a little snore too. kekeke.I couldn't help but to um chio.
Complimentary dessert and drinks served after service.
We are required to rate their service.
NO hardselling , that's the most important factor when i chose this outlet.
You don't have to stress about buying their package or whatsoever
and step out of the shop happily.

We travelled all the way to Boufe Cafe.
I always thought it a little further from Orchard.
Because the address stated at Tanglin.
But apparently is damn far , like nearest to Redhill station.
After alighting the busstop, we still had to walk further in, very inaccessible.
When we got inside, was quite surprise that there wasn't many people.
So lucky for us, we don't have to wait for our seats.
Bf laughed at me cause i had made reservation for it.
Chilli Beef Fries.
Apparently, Carls Junior CBF is way nicer to eat.
The fries here is not bad but it's a little cold and doesn't taste so much of the beef.
But one thing awesome is their portion of fries is huge.
We also tried the colour changing drink.
And all i can say is the only thing fascinating is the changing colour process.
The drink taste awful.
Bf Main menu came.
The teriyaki burger and chips set.
He says it's good!Very special.
But only if the chicken can be grilled longer.
And the chips are good to eat.
He was kidding when he said he want to go the back of the shop to see what chips they bought.
Mine was the Thai Green Curry .
And it has a unique taste to eat and it's worth it.
The seafood was given a big portion and i really love how it's being cooked.
We were too full after the food.
We couldn't finish the fries and i left a small portion of pasta unfinished.
I think their main course taste soo much better.
But we were sad also cos we couldn't try the crayfish bun.SAD.
After settling the bill. we went outside of the Boufe Cafe.

I guess this is the first and last time going to this cafe.
It's far and inaccessible.Food wise still okay.
I think the best cafe i eat so far is Fresh Fruit Lab.

Went home and wait for his mom to end work before cake cutting.
Happy Birthday my Darling.
We took a "Family shot" without his dad cos he was sleeping.
And I'm glad that they love the birthday cake that i bought.
My man had turned 28 years old.
I hope he is healthy and happy everyday.
And I hope i make his birthday a happy one too.
