Sunday Sunday..So fast Sunday.
I hardly even rest.
Bf came to my house to fetch me to meet with his family at Red Star Dim Sum restaurant.
This is to celebrate advance Father Day.
Had sooo much dim sum and felt so bloated.
We then went to look for Gold for his 2nd sis's wedding.
Didn't know that the guy family had to buy gold for the female
And vice versa.On top of that, the guy had to give another gold to the wife.
Bf and I went back home first as the weather was too hot and his legs were aching.
We completed watching The Innocence Man starred by Joong Ki.
The whole drama was average.In between was quite raging.
Bf and I proceed to start cooking. He went to cooked Garlic fried rice.
Master Chef Leow in the cooking.
He burnt the first round of garlic..but when comes to 2nd round, he perfected it.
Nice golden,brown crispy garlic.
Next is the cooking of the teriyaki Chicken.
It's just marinating of the teriyaki sauce.
And top it of with more teriyaki sauce when frying it in pan.
The only thing lacking is the crispiness of the chicken skin.
And the saltiness of the chicken(perhaps too much of the sauce).
Otherwise, it's perfect.The juiciness and tender of the meat. Yums.
