Today is a perfectly weather to go for the HSBC tree top walk.
But then bf had work on a sunday. YA ON A SUNDAY.
Hate his boss la..sat work whole day,now sunday also.
Steal my bf away...now..My sunday gone just like that with no plans.
I hate wasting my day just like that.And sunday is normally my play day.
Cos sunday is the only time i can play hard and relax.
And Mon-sat, i spent my days on work and class.
He doesn't meet me on weekdays cos he works till quite late or either too tired after work.

The only time spend with my bf is sunday, and now....

These came from leaders such as Google, Adobe, Kelloggs,Twitter etc. They woke up as early as 6am to exercise (to improve mood and boost energy) before going work.

Time spent during work:
Email and texting -2hr 25mins
Strategy(for long term success) - 20 mins
Personal Development -30mins

They are spent every minute of their time meaningfully.
Though it doesn't apply to me yet cos i am not sure how do i apply this in a private(institutional) sector.
Or maybe this can be applicable to me so that i would not panic to rush my work.
