Heyo!

Browse through the Website and saw many yummy food
and wanna try to cook it myself,so here it is(you can try too):

Prawn Oglio Olio
Time taken to cook: 20 mins

Ingredients: 
100 grams spaghetti
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped chilli padi
½ tablespoon freshly grounded black pepper (optional)
4 prawns (shells and vein removed)

Directions:
1. After cooking spaghetti in a pot till al dente according to instructions on the packet, drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat up the olive oil over medium flame.
3. Sautee the garlic and chilli padi till it starts to give out the aroma.
4. Add in prawns and still fry it till they are cooked.
5. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the pan and add sprinkle the freshly grounded black pepper into it.
6. Stir fry the spaghetti and prawns for about 1 minute.
7. Remove from pan and serve.

Honey Walnut Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb. shrimp (peeled)
1/2 cup walnuts

2 cups water

1 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
3 egg whites
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper

CREAM SAUCE
2 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoon mayonaise
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a large bowl and set aside.
2. Bring the water to a boil in a small pot and add the sugar.  
3. Stir to dissolve the sugar and add the walnuts.Boil for 2 minutes.  
4. Drain and place the walnuts on parchment paper line cookie sheet to dry.
5. In another bowl combine together flour and egg white.Mix until smooth.  
6. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
7. Heat the oil and pan fry the shrimp until golden brown.(Roughly 60 second per side)
8. Drain the excess oil off by placing on a paper towel. 
9. Toss the shrimp and walnuts in the creamy sauce mixture.

Crepe
Time taken to cook: 10-30 mins
Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
1¼ cups milk
1 egg
Pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Directions:
1. Sift flour into a bowl and add milk.
2. Add egg and salt and whisk for 5 minutes or until really smooth.
3. Add cinnamon and nutmeg and whisk through.
4. Place bowl in fridge for 30-60 minutes.
5. Pour mixture into a jug with a spout and preheat pan to fairly high.
6. Spray pan with cooking oil and heat until slightly smoking.
7. Pour in an amount of mixture that has roughly the diameter of an egg ring.
8. Pick up the pan and swirl the mixture around to thin it out.
9. Cook until the surface of the crepe is covered with bubbles and no longer shiny.
10. Flip over and allow other side to cook for about 5 seconds.
11. Place on plate, fill with desired filling and fold in half and half again.
12. Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired
